Processing & Shipping Times

Please allow 3-4 weeks to process your order unless otherwise stated in individual listings. While we usually get orders out ahead of schedule, we do make many of them to order. 

Please expect orders to take more time during busier times, like around the holidays, and plan accordingly.

Pre-orders will take longer and we try to include the average timeline in the listing.

Once your order is packed, you will receive a shipping email with tracking information. US orders take about 3 to 5 days to be delivered once shipped. International orders can take up to 1 month to be processed through customs and delivered.

Lost or Damaged Package
Once your order is shipped, The Griffon's Nest is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact your local post office to resolve any issues that occur.
