The Griffon's Nest is a small business solely being managed by myself (Katie) and, when he can, my husband (Mike). Due to the handmade nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is something wrong. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
